Alumina ceramic components / relay ceramic assemblies / ceramic - metal brazed contactor
1. Description:
1) Tighter tolerances cost more during manufacturing. Geometric tolerances may look nice on the drawing, but if they are not necessary, they will cost more during manufacturing as well as during inspection.
2) Even though it is easier to hold tighter tolerances on small parts, small I.D.s can cause excessive tool breakage.
3) Wall thickness should be kept to approximately 10% of O.D. or a minimum of .020 when possible.
4) This includes the distance between the holes, as well as the distance from the I.D. to the O.D.
5) Depth of blind holes should not be greater than 50% of the overall length.
6) There should be as few steps or levels as possible in your new design.
7) Multiple levels cause areas of compaction that may result in changes in green press density.
8)These changes in density may cause the fired part to be porous, resulting in shrinkage differences that can affect the dimensional stability.
2. Feature Advantages:
1) Good wear resistance
2) High Fracture toughness
3) Good insulation performance
4) High temperature resistance
5) A variety of specifications is available
6) Satisfy various technical requests
