Product Description

Advanced Engineering Ceramic Parts / Alumina Technical Ceramic Component

1. Description:

Advanced engineering ceramic parts / alumina technical ceramic component widely apply for many different fields.

TiB2 maintains high hardness/stiffness up until approx 3000^circ text{ C}≈3000∘ C , making it suitable for use in a variety of high-load-at-temperature applications, including high temperature cutting - far in excess of that which is possible with Tungsten Carbide, and wear surfaces, e.g. brake pads/discs pads in extreme applications.Additionally, the high hardness of Boron Ceramics makes these materials attractive in high strain rate loads – such as those caused by explosions and ballistic impacts. While it may seem counterintuitive to use brittle materials in these applications, it turns out that the failure mechanisms involved for these intense impact loadings favour high-hardness over ductility.

Feature Advantages:

1) High hardness and high density

2) Low thermal conductivity

3) Chemical inertness

4) Good wear resistance

5) High Fracture toughness

6) Good insulation performance

7) High temperature resistance

8) A variety of specifications is available

9) Satisfy various technical requests

10) Lower medium spoilage

11) Stiffness texture

12) Chemical inertness

13) Good wear resistance

14) High Fracture toughness

15) Good insulation performance
